Charity Together Conference in Hyderabad

We at CharityTogether team – part of the social service organization, Manavata (www.manavata.org) send our warm greetings to our fellow human beings worldwide. And with great enthusiasm, we are pleased to invite various NGOs, charity groups, women & youth groups and volunteers to be part of our forthcoming combined international charity together conference on self-less service activities in the areas of health, Education and Environment taking place in the Hyderabad, India.

How can you participate?
1. Confirm your attendance (with number of attendees from your organization) to register@charitytogether.org
2. If you would like to present white paper on any social issue along with proposed solution (implemented in the past or envisaged for the future), please send your draft white paper to papers@charitytogether.org by 15th Dec 2008.For information, the best whitepapers would be awarded at the Charity Together Conference Event. So please rush your entries with white papers soon.
3. If you would like to organize a stall on behalf of your organization, please confirm your willingness and details of stall at register@charitytogether.org
4. If you would like to participate in 500km cycling event, medical camps, personality development programs or plantation drive please mail your willingness to us at register@charitytogether.org

About Manavata:
Manavata is inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, and has been engaged in selfless service, since its inception in 1991. Our organization is a registered charity in US, UK and India. Manavata runs several programs for youth empowerment and runs orphanages for parent-less children in Andhra Pradesh. Last year, Manavata has co-ordinated over 1000 blood donations, and saved several lives. Manavata volunteers have responded to natural disasters, like Tsunami, Gujarat Earth Quake, and floods, and offered victims the immediately needed relief.

About Charity Together Movement:
The Charity Together event focuses to bring 500 charity organizations together to learn from each other in order to achieve effectiveness in self-less service. It is a consortium of charity organizations which will inspire organizational leadership. We are expecting 4000 to 5000 volunteers from different organizations in different levels starting from village youth to global level charities who are currently working actively on different social issues.

500km Cycling (Save Earth- Be Healthy):
Theme: To promote best practices for the better society. This camp is targeted to meet 50,000 young people

conducting 10 personality development sessions in different colleges,
conducting 20 medical camps in villages and
plant 50,000 plants on the way

Duration : 5th Jan 2009 to 12th Jan 2009

Route:: Starting from Hyderabad, LB Nagar, Chouttuppal, Narketpalli, Suryapeta, Moteh, Khammam, Tallada, Kallur, Kottauru, Ashwaraopet, Zangareddygudem, Koyyalagudem, Gopalapuram, Kovvur, Rajahmundry

At the end of cycling camp there will be a National Youth day Conference (on the occasion of Swami Vivekanada’s Birthday): Out door meeting with general public / youth in college grounds on 12th Jan 2009 in Rajahmundry as below :
